3 Marketing Tools to Use Today: Hook your Client Base!

E-mail them about your promotions

If you aren’t emailing your customers about the latest promotions, you are doing yourself and your customers a disservice. Keep your customers aware and engaged by sending them a consistent e-newsletter. In your newsletter, include updates about new inventory, customer rewards programs, and promotions! iConnect offers an integrated email marketing with our point of sale software.

Helpful Tip: If you are logged in to the Back Office on the iConnect app, navigate to the Marketing tab and select it. Then, select “Email Marking.” Integrate your MailChimp account with your iConnect account to email your marketing customers.

Employ Compelling Text Marketing

“Nearly two-thirds of consumers subscribed to mobile marketing indicate that they have made a purchase as a result of receiving a highly relevant mobile message (Source: Responsys).” iConnect’s text message marketing feature will allow you to easily send a brief, friendly text to your customers. Keep it relevant. Thank them for their recent purchase or to remind them of a big upcoming sale.

Helpful Tip: From iConnect’s Back Office> Marketing tab> Text message Marketing. Group your client’s information into categories. Categories include “Lead”, “Prospect”, “Account” or a custom option to help you keep clients in order. Even use the filter tool to see how long it has been since the customers last visit (30, 60 or 90 days) to make sure you keep customers engaged.
